eating happits

I eat alot of vegetable every day , i eat it fresh with salad or cooked ,like brokoli and carrot . Although i love vegetable but i dont want to be a vegetarians , i tried before but i didnt like it .
Eating meat is essential to the human diet , fish , chicken , It is a good source of protein .  It contain vitamins and minerals, such as iron and zinc.
 protein can also be easily replaced by eating nuts , soy products, and tofu .
but the taste of meat is totally different than the vegetable , it is so delicious. especially the seafood.
Vegetarian people against meats becouse of animal rights, but when they eat or taste the meat they will change their mind.
 unfortunately  i cant eat meat here in usa . Becouse i only eat halal , thats mean the animal killed by cutting the throat .  As for the killing , it is the way of nature . animals kill and eat each other every day to servive .
i would like to eat a steak right now

pickpocket

i was a victim of pickpocket , one day in the mall while i was looking to the clothes , a women hit  me without sayin sorry or excuse me . she continue to walk and i continue to shop .
after 30 minute i recive SMS on my phone from the bank showing i used my credit card on Walgreen . i didnt got it at the first  , but when i look to my bag i didnt found my wallet . immediatly i call the bank to stop the card validity and to call the police .
after 15 min two police men were came . they ask me what happen and about my wallet color and shape then they ask me what is in my wallet , i said twenty dollar and my insurance card , my school ID , the visa and some pictures .
they wrote every thing and made a report and gave me a case number . i was very mad , i will be more attention again  . i dont want to be stolen a gain .

One Day In Europe

I had never been more afraid in my life . When I was in Europe enjoying  the beautiful nature with my lovely husband we try to live adventure . I was pregnant in the six months , we went to try new experience , new activity but we didn’t know it will be a bad idea at that time .

It was my first time in Switzerland every things looks shapely and wonderful until the misfortune day came , it was cold and the snow fall . A lot of places  were closed because of the Weather . We ask the reception where to go , one of them give us suggestion to visit St. Beatus Caves and Unfortunately we decided to go .

We took the public bus , we arrive to our destination but no body with us .  We were alone , no signs , we decide to walk and climb the mountain . Until we get tired , unexpectedly we saw a sign , we looked at it but we didn’t understand it because it was written in a foreign language . Now where to go ? what should we do ?  we continue to walk , after one hour of walking we realized that we get lost .

The nightfall we are alone in the mountain , no light in the road , we afraid from the wild animals or the creeps . I felt tired and I could not resumption walking , my husband encourage me to pertinacity . We walk more than two hours now , while we walking we heard a car passing through us , we jump and shoat and waving our hands , he continue to drive . I started to cry , and screaming , nobody will stop for us .

I feel cold and thirsty and I was thinking about my fetus because I had been abortion before ,and I don’t want anything happen to him . While I was thinking another car passed but also didn’t stop .

I gave up ,  I set down on the ground and crying loudly and cover my face with my hands  . I heard car sound but I didn’t do anything , I remove my hand and the car in front of me . I couldn’t believe my eyes .

We run to the car and the man was asking us of we are okay . Thanks god he speaking English . We told him the story and he offer us to ride his car . He call his friend and told them he will be late . Finally we reach to our hotel after half hour , we thank him and he smile to us and drive away .

I don't know what is his name but , l will always remember his brave and courtesy . he help us when we needed it the most . I hope that one day I will be able to help foreign people like him .

Changes in Life style in Saudi Arabia

Our diet has changed dramatically since the 1930’s, when we first started to change from natural farming processes, to scientific farming processes. These changes have run in parallel with lifestyle changes, disease pattern changes and food processing changes. Set out below are some of the causes involved in these changes .

Our life style is totally different than before , the need for fast food is increased markedly ,  And the expansion of the big company like Mac , KFC and burger king is huge , It is exists in every region in Saudi Arabia , And also it is consider cheep than the healthy food and fresh vegetables and fruit .

Unfortunately there is reduction on health knowledge and exercise , especially in the school they sale junk food instead of healthy food . And only one class for exercise for boys and no exercise classes for girls which is so bad for health .

The advertising influences made extreme change in diet , for example the energy drinks become very popular in the young age . And the use of chemicals as food additives to achieve marketing goals , Nutrition not considered an important part of food . Color, texture, taste and calorie content are key in processed foods .

All of these cause play a big role nowadays . I wish to change a lot of things which have a bad effects in longevity and health , but it takes a big effort and time.

My partnar Dee

Today I met a new student in my class , his name is Hyunbin Moon and his nick name is Dee . we introduce our self to each other , he is from Korea , he is twenty six years , we have similar things and alot of differences .

Because we are at the same age we have similar things both of us like to travel and hates to wake up early and both of us stay wake at midnight , both of us wish to try skydive , we have same opinion about the most difficult thing to study English which is grammer and both of us are good in a math at school , also both of us have similar plans for future .

We grew up far away from each other , his background is totally different than me , for example the food , he like the spicy food but I dont , and also our religion I am muslim and he is christian . he love to watch Korean movies and I watch American .

It is very intersting to study in intrax I meet a new friend every day , and I am happy to learn about their culture and believes , it is good  opportunity to make friends around the world .
